Loss / Theft

The blue Cinema gift card will not be replaced in the event of loss or theft.

Balance query

The current balance of a gift card can be viewed here by means of the card number and PIN code or queried in all blue Cinema movie theatres.

Redemption

Gift cards can be used in all blue Cinema movie theatres at blue.ch and in the app for ticket payment. In the cinemas, it is also possible to pay for kiosk products without cash.

Validity

blue Cinema gift cards are valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
