If the physical former customer card (Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card) is lost or stolen, the helpdesk must be contacted by email ([email protected]).



The “Top up” function was discontinued on September 23, 2020. Existing balances on the physical Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card can still be used for payment.


Personalize / add to the account

Carte Bleue or Ciné-Card not stored in the customer account must be converted into a blue Cinema Club subscription by the helpdesk ([email protected]).
